What are your delivery charges?
Shipping is free in Germany, for other countries the shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page. Your signature may be required by the carrier. Your order is dealt with as quickly as possible in order of receipt.

When will I receive my order?
Orders for Germany usually take 2-4 working days (excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays), for the standard sizes & available stock. International orders may take 5-10 working days.
What if I don’t receive my order?

What if I’m not in when you deliver?
Our courier will leave you a card which contains instructions on how you can arrange a re-delivery.
